"Run for the Light!" On August 2, 2008, WLA hosted its 3rd annual Fun Run/Walk in Westport. The scenic course started and finished at the historic Westport Maritime Museum over-looking Grays Harbor. Runners and walkers traveled the paved Westport Dune Trail along the Pacific Ocean through the State Parks. The unique course passed the 1898 Grays Harbor Lighthouse and finished next to the museum lens exhibit building – home of the magnificent 1st Order Destruction Island Lighthouse Lens. Special thanks to all participants and volunteers who make this event a reality. (Race Photos by Ron Arel, Awards Photos by Jon DeWire)
