Charter members of the Washington Lightkeepers Association, pose for a group photo at Admiralty Lighthouse-Whidbey Island. March 26, 2005. In a makeshift office on the second floor of the keepers house, the first official board meeting was held. The group assigned membership duties and drafted the documents that would govern the WLA.
