The true beginnings of WLA...the DeWire's presented a Lighthouse lecture at the library in Lakewood, WA on Feb. 28, 2004. It was here that Bruce, the eventual WLA "webphotog" first met Elinor DeWire - one of his favorite authors. Before the meeting was over, Elinor mentioned "establishing a local Lighthouse Society." The rest is history...
