The road trip to New Dungeness Light Station begins in Sequim. Private vehicles are not allowed out on the spit. New Dungeness Light Station Association provides transportation to special guests and volunteers who maintain the station and provide tours. Visitors to the lightstation must either hike or kayak along the 5-mile long spit of land.
